One offer catalogue instead of separate forms
Membership, subscription, class pass, course, camp and one-off offers all come from one catalogue. With price, discounts for families, UiTPAS and early booking, gift vouchers, day selection for camps, capacity and a waiting list that sends a 48-hour offer by itself.
Payments that handle themselves
Bancontact and Payconiq via Mollie, bank transfer with a structured communication, and a CODA import that matches the bank statement and makes a suggestion when in doubt. Reminders after 14 and 28 days, instalment plans, and health insurance fund and tax certificates automatically after payment.
Automatic direct debit for subscriptions
At registration, the parent signs a SEPA mandate digitally. Membrix collects monthly or quarterly, announces every collection in advance, retries a failed collection and otherwise turns it into a task for the treasurer. Cancelling is possible per month, in the app.
Attendance in 20 seconds, even offline
The coach taps present, excused or absent. Members check in themselves with a QR code, sessions are deducted automatically and the app syncs as soon as there is signal again.
Evaluations with a match score
Athlete and coach score the same areas, blind to each other. Membrix shows where they agree, where someone over- or underestimates themselves, and the trend. Frameworks per sport and age come as standard and each club can adapt them.
Signals
Retention risk, payment risk, ready for the next level, a class pass that is almost used up, a medical form or licence that expires. Every signal with the action attached, in one click.
Season rollover in one wizard
Age categories move up, groups are reallocated with a suggestion based on the evaluations, and re-registrations and the new membership fee round start from the parent portal.
Compliance built in
Medical forms, consents and the club rules signed digitally. Coaches' criminal record extracts with an expiry date, retention periods per type of data and an audit log of who viewed medical data.
Intake of new members
A trial session or open day with its own page and QR code. The candidate becomes a member in the same flow, and if nobody follows up, a signal appears.
Switch over in an afternoon
Import from Excel, Twizzit and federation lists, with duplicate detection. An open API, integrations with accounting and UiTPAS, calendar feeds and widgets for the club website.
