Membrix goes live at two to three pilot clubs in March 2027. From the 2027⁠–⁠28 season, their full re-registration runs on it.

What we ask

  • One hour of feedback every two weeks
  • A 45-minute demo with your secretary, your treasurer and one coach, as a first step

Which clubs we are looking for

Three kinds of clubs, so every type of offer gets tested

A multi-sport club

Several sections under one roof, with families active in more than one sport.

A single-sport club with teams and matches

Youth teams, matches, attendance and evaluations on the field.

A swimming or gymnastics school

Class passes, subscriptions, levels and badges.

  1. October 2026

    Foundation

    Work on the foundation starts.

  2. March 2027

    Pilot live

    As soon as the pilot clubs have signed and the isolation tests are green.

  3. 2027⁠–⁠28 season

    Season start

    Full re-registration runs, provided payments in the pilot ran without errors.

  4. After that

    Expansion

    The pilot decides the order of what comes next.
