Via the form: your name, email address, phone number if you fill it in, your club or organisation, your role, the sports and number of members, your message and whether you want to receive news.

When you send and confirm: the time and an encrypted derivative of your IP address, to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address itself for this.

Like any web server, ours keeps technical log files that include your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

When you visit the site, via Matomo on a Zodi Innovations server and without cookies: the pages you view, the site you came from, the type of device and browser, and a shortened version of your IP address.

Following up on your request (a demo, the pilot phase, a working session or your question): to take steps at your request before a possible agreement, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Sending news about Membrix: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it with one click at the bottom of every email or with a message to [email protected].

Securing the website and the forms: on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Measuring visits to the site to improve it: on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not want this, object with a message to [email protected].

We delete a request you do not confirm after 7 days.

We keep a confirmed request for as long as needed to follow it up, and for at most 12 months, unless it leads to a collaboration.

We keep technical log files for at most 30 days.

We delete raw visit data in Matomo after 6 months. Aggregated reports without personal data are kept.

We never sell your data. We host the website and the visit statistics ourselves and only share your data with our DNS and security service Cloudflare. We have agreements with Cloudflare on confidentiality and security.

If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object and to take your data with you. You can withdraw consent at any time.

To do so, email [email protected]. We reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

The site only works over an encrypted connection. Requests are stored outside the public web folder, confirmation links are only stored encrypted and only the Membrix team has access.
